vacation of fun in the sun or a nice relaxing off-season getaway or fishing
trip weekend. There are 4
bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the lower level, along
with a washer and dryer and a well-equipped game room. A wrap around deck leads to an outside shower and is furnished
with rocking chairs and large table. There are bicycles, umbrellas, beach
chairs, a volleyball net, and many other beach toys and accessories for
kids of all ages, along with a charcoal grill, and covered garage.
NEWS ALERT: August 2018: Since people love their high-speed wireless Internet access, even at the beach (plus we listen to your feedback and requests), we have upgraded to make sure you can Internet surf at high speeds in addition to ocean waves surf. Blue Heaven now has a new state-of-the-art top-of-the-line powerful wireless router -- Netgear NightHawk X4S Quad-Stream to be specific. Yes it's a beast, and both teens and adults will like it as both RANGE and BANDWIDTH have been greatly increased. You're going to love it - good service upstairs, downstairs, in the garage, outside on the decks, when multiple people are using it heavily ... everywhere! New in 2017-2018: (see the What's New Page for details): new dishwasher (much quieter model - you'll like it!), 2 new deck rockers, new downstairs fridge, new charcoal bbq, new bedspreads downstairs oceanside bedroom. A few other major recent additions you might find to be important: downstairs has new laminate floors in all bedrooms/halls (no more carpet anywhere upstairs or down!) (2016), 2 new bedspreads (usually replace a couple per year or as needed to keep them new/crisp/sharp), fancy new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, upgraded bathroom faucet and fixture, new upstairs refrigerator (2014), fresh paint everywhere downstairs and furniture rearranged for better flow to allow both ping-pong and TV/video gaming at the same time (2014), new downstairs coffee/breakfast area (2014), new BBQ oceanside (the salt air takes its toll on any and all metal!), some new oceanside rocking chairs, new umbrella, new large LED TV in Great Room (2013), new retractable awning (2013), more hardwoods replacing carpet (2013), newly redone downstairs deck (2012), new stove (2011), remodeled downstairs bath (2011), new dishwasher (2011), new air conditioner (2010). |

| You may not have thought about our street address - 807 ocean drive - but it is important! That's half way between 801 ocean drive, and 815 ocean drive where the beach access to the second row houses is located. What does this mean? Well, we can't guarantee anything, but you are on about as private a section of beach as you can get, with as few other neighbors as possible, even in peak season. Plus the island is only three rows wide at this point - so you'll more than likely have the beach mostly to yourself with very few neighbors, even in peak season. Nice, and much better than other locations in our opinion. Other addresses on the beach are closer to large multi-unit dwellings, or where the island is 4 or even 5 rows wide, and can become much more crowded. | |

| A comfortable spacious central gathering
place for dining, relaxing, or just soaking up the great ocean views. Amenities
include large cable TV, VCR, DVD, movies, books, games,
puzzles, local phone, high speed wired and wireless Internet service and
a fireplace for cozy winter nights.
For large families, you can simultaneously seat many people for meals when everyone wants to be together by moving table and extendable 'wings' on the wall unit out (I'll try to get a better picture of that in the future). |

dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, pots and pans, coffee maker, coffee grinder, cabinet
full of eating and cooking utensils - everything you need.
Freshly updated and painted, with improved view of the ocean and more usable eating space since we relocated some cabinets and added a nice new storage area near the entrance. |

| When the kids (or
the adults) drive you
crazy, or you want to have some focused fun out of the sun, the new
downstairs game room will entertain you. Fun things like a TV, ping pong
table, Nintendo system with games, and similar distractions for when you
need a diversion from the glorious sun, sand, and beach.
This new area provides lots of extra space, and if you have many people in the house someone can even sleep on the futon if needed. If you fold up the ping pong table, there is even more space for whatever... |
