| Oceanfront
living is fun... unless you are paint, or metal battling salt spray and
sunlight all the time! Nothing like a new coat of paint to keep Blue Heaven nice and fresh and well, blue in 2016 and
beyond with ongoing touchup to keep it looking sharp! That old awning was getting a bit creaky and faded too, so a
brand new larger and more colorful one is now in place with improved indoor remote operation!
Other things too you may not notice, but we hope you appreciate, from all digital TVs for great picture quality, new refrigerator & dishwasher, to remodeled and upgraded downstairs bath with tile and new faucet, to totally redone and upgraded laundry room and playroom with tile floors and much nicer accessories, to spruced up downstairs bedrooms with new paint including new hardwood floors in all downstairs bedrooms (so finally, no more carpet upstairs or downstairs - hooray!), to new glasses and kitchen utensils and...well, just the things we hope you want and need and appreciate to make your stay enjoyable! NEWS ALERT: August 2018: Since people love their high-speed wireless Internet access, even at the beach (plus we listen to your feedback and requests), we have upgraded to make sure you can Internet surf at high speeds in addition to ocean waves surf. Blue Heaven now has a new state-of-the-art top-of-the-line powerful wireless router -- Netgear NightHawk X4S Quad-Stream to be specific. Yes it's a beast, and both teens and adults will like it as both RANGE and BANDWIDTH have been greatly increased. You're going to love it - good service upstairs, downstairs, in the garage, outside on the decks, when multiple people are using it heavily ... everywhere! |

| Pet friendly means that we think of things that only pet owners can - things like gates on the deck to keep pets contained while you play inside or out, and hooks on beachside fence posts so that your favorite pet can play with you on the beach but not go too far or get in trouble with the beach patrol. | |

| When the kids (or
the adults) drive you
crazy, or you want to have some focused fun out of the sun, the new
downstairs game room will entertain you. Fun things like a TV, ping pong
table, Nintendo system with games, and similar distractions for when you
need a diversion from the glorious sun, sand, and beach.
This new area provides lots of extra space, and if you have many people in the house someone can even sleep on the futon if needed. If you fold up the ping pong table, there is even more space for whatever... |
